The Board of Directors consists of an odd number — fifteen members — elected by the General Assembly from among its members. At least twelve of them must be practising members of the Society or persons who have previously worked in private professional firms for no less than ten years from the date they obtained the Society's membership. The term of Board membership is four years, in accordance with the Society's Articles of Association.
