Governance is the set of policies, rules, or frameworks that the Society uses to achieve its business objectives. It defines the responsibilities of key stakeholders, such as the Board of Directors and senior management.

This section contains the bylaws that govern the work of the Society and its members, as well as information of interest to members regarding the activities and resolutions of the Board of Directors, the records of members' meetings in the General Assembly, the annual reports issued by the Society, and the conditions for candidacy in the Board of Directors elections.
