Amendments to Egyptian Accounting Standard 13 — The Effects of Changes in Foreign Exchange Rates

The Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors (ESAA) organized an online seminar titled Amendments to Egyptian Standard (13) — The Effects of Changes in Foreign Exchange Rates. Prime Minister's Decree No. 1568 of 2022 amended certain provisions of the Egyptian Accounting Standards by adding Appendix (B) attached to this decree to Egyptian Accounting Standard No. (13) on "The Effects of Changes in Foreign Exchange Rates". The speakers were Mr. Mohamed El-Moataz, Board member of the Society and Chairman of the Standards Committee, Mr. Sami Abdel Hafiz, Fellow of the Society and member of the Standards Committee, and Mr. Tamer Abdel Tawab, member of the Society and member of the Standards Committee, in conversation with Dr. Farid Fawzy, Board member and Chairman of the Cultural Committee and the Journal.
