Elections of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors

To be held on Saturday, 23/12/2023

at the Society's premises in the city of 6th of October

General Guidelines for Voters

First: Voting will be conducted electronically through the digital platform on the international information network of E-magles at the Society's premises in the city of 6th of October:-

E-Magles is the first electronic platform for managing general assemblies and boards of directors in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where the platform allows voting, counting, tallying, and issuing reports electronically with full accuracy and speed while ensuring integrity and transparency.

Second: Determinants of the voting system:-

In accordance with the provisions of the Society's bylaws regarding the persons entitled to attend the general assembly meetings and to vote on the election of a new board of directors for the Society, the voter must follow the following steps:-

1. Go to the registration desk to confirm attendance and verify that the conditions of eligibility to vote are met.

• At least one year has passed since the date of obtaining the Society's membership.
• Payment of subscriptions until the end of the year 2023.

1. Obtain the identification code card and password for the voting process (obtained upon registering attendance at the Society's premises in 6th of October).
2. Go to the elections hall to carry out the voting process through the computers prepared for that, under the supervision of E-magles and the working group for organizing the election procedures formed for this purpose.
3. The voting process takes place through the voter selecting fifteen members from the list on the electronic ballot card, which includes twenty-nine candidates, noting that the system will not allow saving the nominations if fewer or more than fifteen candidates are selected.
4. Immediately after completing the voting process, please check and review before pressing the confirm button, as it will not be permitted to enter the electronic ballot card again to modify the selections.
5. Immediately after completing the voting process, the voter will be directed to the general assembly meeting hall to attend the activities of the meeting.

Important note

"Voting will open from two o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, 23/12/2023, until five o'clock in the evening of the same day at the Society's premises in 6th of October, and it will not be permitted to carry out the voting process after this time at all."
