The Financial and Information Systems Development Working Group undertakes the following responsibilities:
- Providing the hardware, materials, and software that serve the databases and updating them periodically.
- Setting contingency plans and security procedures to protect the website, the automated accounting systems, and members' data.
- Developing a strong and secure internal communication network for holding membership qualification examinations.
- Developing the data and information entry system at ESAA and facilitating the related procedures.
- Updating the databases of ESAA members.
- Supplying the Board of Directors with the information and statistics needed to make sound decisions.
- Defining a mechanism for communicating with the internal committees at ESAA to update their databases for making sound decisions.
- Developing and updating the website for continuing professional education.
- Following up on the website and ensuring the updating and accuracy of the information published on it.
